2010 Evans Houghton Award
The highest form of recognition bestowed by the New England Society for Healthcare Communications is our prestigious Evans Houghton Award.
Typically, this honor has been awarded at the fall institute. NESHCo recently decided to skip its 2009 fall conference due to the economic tightening impacting all hospitals. Therefore, NESHCo’s Board of Directors has decided to postpone the awarding of the Evans Houghton Award until the spring conference.
We realize there may be health care PR pros worthy of an Evans Houghton nomination and that the nomination process can be time consuming. So, beginning immediately, you may begin submitting nominations for the 2010 Evans Houghton Award. The deadline will be April 2, 2010. Nominations should be emailed to kwoodsum@neshco.org (preferred), faxed into the NESHCo office at 978-948-2709 or mailed to NESHCo Evans Houghton Nominations, PO Box 336, Rowley, MA 01969.
