
A graduate of Roger Williams University, with a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design Communication, a Minor in Marketing, and a Core Concentration in Dance, Krystal knew early on in college, that she wanted a fulfilling career in marketing. So, she set her sights high. After college, she became a member of College Leadership Rhode Island in 2020, where she learned how to identify and build her leadership style, strengths, and competencies, among other notable achievements. For the last two and a half years, Krystal has played a critical role in helping the CNE marketing department develop complex workflow streams and organize an abundance of marketing requests.
In her spare time, Krystal enjoys dancing at her local dance studio like she has been doing for her entire life. She also works with her mom and her husband at their sprawling family farm in Blackstone, Massachusetts, which is home and sanctuary for 18 animals, including horses, goats, ponies, and mini mules, as well as cats and dogs.

Tamara is a Senior Account Director at LionShare and brings to the table over 20 years of healthcare marketing experience. Her passion lies somewhere between data and marketing strategy. She is tasked with turning the cube and relying on best practice to bring solid CRM initiatives to market. In addition, she develops and analyzes community wellness and population health campaigns, service line marketing campaigns and New Mover Programs. Prior to joining LionShare, Tamara led account management services at another healthcare marketing firm and also spent time in account service at traditional advertising agencies.

Frank Cutitta has been a pioneer in international business having launched media properties in 96 countries as head of international at International Data Group (IDG), and serving as CEO of the International Advertising Association. He also served as a global board member at HIMSS, where he subsequently launched their custom content Media Lab and authored a book on Digital Transformation in Healthcare. He is a graduate professor of cross-cultural communications, healthcare communications and user experience at Northeastern University and the University of New England.

Dan anticipates “What’s Next” in our complex industry and keeps SPM Group on the leading edge of healthcare policy and strategy. Dan began his career on the provider side of academic medicine, working in business strategy and program development at Rush University Medical Center and Northwestern Memorial Hospital. At SPM, Dan spends much of his time digging into the intersections between consumer trends and the ever-evolving healthcare landscape. From mergers, & acquisitions, to new entrants, new technologies and retail disruptors, Dan helps healthcare organizations develop successful go-to-market business strategies. In this spirit, Dan was a co-author of the recent book, Don’t You Forget About Gen X: One Generation’s Crucial Role in Healthcare which explores how Generation X’s unique beliefs and traits will be central to healthcare organizations’ success for the next 10 years. Dan is on the Advisory Board of the Society of Healthcare Strategy and Market Development (SHSMD) and a frequent speaker and lecturer at strategy and marketing conferences and in college classrooms.

Paul Fahey is Vice President of Smith & Jones, a healthcare marketing firm. A strategic thinker and accomplished creative, Paul brings a unique left and right-brain approach to the science of health and human service marketing and public relations. He has helped clients rebuild brands after bankruptcy, grow service lines amid fierce competition, attract and retain top talent, and make deeper connections with donors and the communities they serve.
