Since we began in these jobs, it has been all about keeping our eye on our mission and achieving the needed margin. But, without a doubt, the challenges keep getting harder all the time. What we all really need is a refresher, an opportunity to learn a few new tricks, lean on each other for a little advice and support, and enjoy the kick-back time of some really great company.
And, where better? None other than America’s first resort, Newport, Rhode Island, where America’s Cup class boats proudly competed and the likes of the Astors and Vanderbilts created the gilded age in their seaside “cottages.”
“Missions, Margins & Mansions” promises three days packed with informative sessions designed to equip you with new insights and new techniques to advance your mission and reach your margin. With topics gleaned from NESHCo member feedback, we are confident we’re touching on the issues that are important to you – marketing for success, physician alignment, patient satisfaction, digital strategy, among others.
You also will get the recognition you deserve – or get wonderfully inspired! – as we host our annual Lamplighter Award Gala where the best of the best of health care communications across New England is honored.
Finally, we’ve included plenty of social time for you to network with health care communicators from across New England as you tour mansions in Newport, sip wine at a local vineyard, and set off in a trolley to see the other beautiful sights of this coastal vacation mecca.
