NESHCo Night at Fenway and the 2012 Lamplighter Awards...nights for the record book!

Check out our NESHCo Night at Fenway Park and 2012 Lamplighter Awards.

Coming to the Spring Conference?

What if you could spend two days in Boston and learn to communicate with Gen Z, use social media to reach women, develop strategies to market to baby boomers … AND stand on top of the Green Monster?  You can.

Bring your “A” game and join NESHCo as we gather in Beantown to talk strategy, communication, marketing and...baseball! It’s the best opportunity you’ll have to pack this much into two days.  And the price? It’s a steal!

Don’t miss the presentation of this year’s Lamplighter Awards – highlighting the very best of New England’s healthcare communications efforts.

Weathering the storm, for real

Rain, thunder, lightening and wind didn't stop the NESHCo lobster dinner cruise tonight. Thanks to our sponsor Griffin, York & Krause for a wonderful kickoff to our conference.

NESHCo conference begins

Welcome everyone to NESHCo's annual Spring Symposium in New Castle, New Hampshire. Our pre-conference session was very well attended, and now we are looking forward to the rest of "Weathering Change...Harnessing Healthcare's Shifting Winds." A special thank you to all our exhibitors and sponsors who make this conference possible. Please take the time to visit them when you get a chance.

Putting a "rap" on National Hospital Week

Ever attend a really boring employee recognition dinner? This one at Backus Hospital wasn't one of them. Check out this video that includes everyone from nurses to nuns in a hip hop rap video produced by the hospital.

National Hospital Week is a time to thank hospital employees, volunteers and physicians for all they do to care for our patients year round. Hope to see everyone at the conference in New Hampshire next week!

Royal wedding finds way into OR

Hospitals can use blogs and facebook to have a little fun sometimes. On the day of the royal wedding, at Backus Hospital we captured some of our OR staff enjoying tea and crumpets, with crowns (from Burger King) on their heads during break. We couldn't resist posting, and got some cool comments.
